Professional standards
18 years of age or older · Non-smoker · Authorized to work in the United States · High school diploma or equivalent · Minimum two years of substantial childcare experience · 3–5 significant childcare references · Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance · Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Candidates for positions involving transportation must be willing to authorize a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening prior to placement. · CPR & First Aid certified or willing to become certified · Professional, dependable, and committed to high-quality childcare
